I've been away for  a while and I'm not quite sure what to say..

The week after my last exam was spent in total hibernation, to recharge my brain batteries. Dolce fare niente.
I saw the 1st season of Dexter and liked it. I'm almost finishing the 2nd one now..
So the weekend before my 2nd semester of classes started I made myself get out of the house. On saturday, I went to street protest (as I showed the last post) and on sunday, I went to the paddock with Rebeca to meet Andreia, who usually hangs there.
We helped them to gave the antiparasitant to the poneys and the foals which were quite wild.. and since we were there.. We also rode a bit a really sweet horse they have there.

Hi there! For my happy amazement I've been passing exam after exam. This makes me so so happy, so what would be better than enjoying myself for a few days, right?

I missed my friend Bárbara, really really bad, so we decided to hang out last week and took a few amusing shots. It was really funny but the results were a bit shitty, I definitely need to buy remote control for my camera. I feel like I'm missing so many great shots, bléh.. Here's my favs:

So after this lovely afternoon, I had another exam and then grabbed my bag and my camera on my way with the north wind. :)

 

This is Micro, the tiny puppy that slept with me for two days. Behaved amazingly well! And then she was adopted..












 This is Lotta, the baby seal! She got lost in the sea and was rescued. She's going to be returned to the sea as soon as she stops finding humans so interesting! Look at those whiskers! :D

It was great to see her eat all by herself and gaining weight but her eyes are so hard to heal.  Diogo took the picture and borrowed me his surfing wetsuit.

Today I woke up at 4 a.m. with a huge storm on the other side of the window. Had a really weird exam at 10a.m., had lunch with the girls. Unfortunately, Navz and I thought it was better to cancel our walk with Sam, because it was beyond impossible to step outside without getting all wet and dragged by the wind. I really miss Sam, he probably is so much bigger than the last time I saw him.. he is an awesome puppy and he will be forever a puppy to me, no matter how huge he's gonna get, that sassy lil' bitter. Here he is after the vet appointment with his favorite auntie, at summer time:

Also, yesterday came the suggestion I could visit my dolphin friend for 4 days, I took it! I really need to get out of the house and do something I love. Also, there's a new baby seal at the shelter and I'm so dead to meet her. Pictures soon! :)

Since I didn't hang out with Navz and Sammy, I gave some hamster love to Alejandra. I haven't been giving her a lot of attention lately, so I did a photoshoot with her and she's a diva. She loves the camera so much she kept running towards the lens all the time. I had to give her a treat to keep her entertained. The light is pretty lousy but what would you expect with a day like these.





Now you'll excuse me, I'm going to sneak into the bed and fall asleep while listening the rain outside. Tomorrow will be a long day.. Packin' and leavin'!
